To prepare our sauces we only use ingredients like organic extra virgin olive oil, fresh green garden herbs, roots like garlic, onion, or ginger, lemon and lime juices...and blend them smoothly and harmonically into fine sauces and dressings.
We make sure that all of our products are pure, healthy, and fresh, and only use high-quality organic ingredients.

A Family Tradition from the far North
I grew up with Graved Salmon, a popular dish in Scandinavia and Northern Germany. It is traditionally accompanied by a delicious Honey Mustard sauce. Although many associate this sauce with this specific meal it combines wonderfully with many other food products as well.
